KLW has set policy to maintain the confidentiality and control the quality of project. We strictly follow our quality procedure to control the consequences and maintain the privacy of the document of our client.

At the final stage we ensure that each translated project should undergo proofreading procedures via our QA and then it is reviewed by the language specialists so you can get the quality work.

Proof Reading

Proof Reading is the process which goes under the various process of examining the content carefully and corrects the typographical error and mistakes in grammar, spelling and style. To maintain the quality work we follow some procedure through which our clients get what they are looking for.

• Before our team starts doing proofreading make sure to have all relevant documents and all the information of the related topic and eliminates the all unnecessary words.
• We always keep the original document intact and work on the duplicate until the client’s satisfaction or approval.
• If a document has too many mistakes then they check all the errors separately from the beginning and also follow the latest technique whatever best for the document.
• At the end team checks the spelling mistakes by using the computer or by doing backward reading.

Privacy and confidentiality are very important to us and will not be disclose to any third party. We understand the sensitivity of your data and before we handover the document to the translator we go through a system in which we get the document signed by the responsible person who will be taking the project. We do take signed NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) from our all Translators to maintain the confidentiality for sensitive & secure data.
